  • You can cancel your subscription by emailing [email protected]. Your next and future payments will be canceled.

  • Yes, you can pause by emailing [email protected] and then just reach back out when you want to resume your subscription.

  • Yes! If you refer a vendor who begins a subscription, you get one month free, applied to your upcoming month’s payment cycle.

  • Yes, if you have a Tier 1 or 2 membership, you can list in more than one category.

FOR CLIENTS

  • Since the vendor collects payment for their services, refunds are subject to their refund policy.

  • Each vendor completes a registration process and vetting interview, along with a background check conducted by XXX. We do our best to ensure that your provider is qualified to provide their service, but in the event you feel that your provider is falling short of your expectations, you’re welcome to submit a complaint to [email protected] and we will strive to rectify the situation.

  • These things can happen, but if you pay a vendor for their service per their policy, then you are subject to their personal refund policy. If you want to book a new vendor, you’re welcome to do so!

  • Yes! We encourage everyone to use our directory and hope that each party feels like they are a part of a larger movement.
